Kodai Clothing Limited ships all orders from our UK studio with care and attention to detail. Each piece is carefully prepared before dispatch to ensure it arrives safely.

 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States

If your country is not listed, please contact us directly.

 

2. Processing Times

Ready-to-wear pieces are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days of order confirmation.

During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Bespoke orders are arranged privately and shipping timelines will be agreed during the consultation process.

 

3. United Kingdom Shipping

UK orders are sent via tracked delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

4. United States Shipping

US orders are shipped using a tracked international courier service.

Estimated delivery time:
3–17 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (United States)

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • State or local taxes

These charges are determined by US customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Kodai Clothing Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional import charges applied upon arrival.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any associated costs.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
All shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

 

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Courier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Postal strikes
  • Incorrect address information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation. Claims cannot be processed until the courier confirms loss.
