5. Returns & Refund Policy

At Kodai Clothing, each piece is designed and handmade with care. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, please read the policy below.
1. Ready-to-Wear (UK Orders)
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging are intact

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. United States & International Returns
We accept returns from the United States within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions:

Ensuring the item is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import charges
Import duties, customs fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kodai Clothing Limited is not responsible for items lost in return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
3. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items
All bespoke and made-to-order garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are custom-designed and created specifically for you.
If there is an issue with your bespoke garment, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve it.
All bespoke garments and custom made backgammon boards are final sale and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, including covering reasonable return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal).
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or returned as unclaimed:
